Martin has over 36 years of experience in the construction industry, providing project management, field supervision, site investigation and testing, cost estimating and negotiation support services. He has extensive experience in working on projects that involve biotech, technology, academia, R&D facilities, infrastructure (multimodal and aviation) – through contracts held by renowned program/construction management firms and leading A/E firms.

Jeff Schuette
Principal
Jeff has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, more than 20 of which have specifically been in construction estimating. His experience includes overseeing a variety of IDIQ task order contracts led by renowned A/E firms for various government agencies from municipal to Federal. Overall, his projects range from large new construction projects to smaller maintenance related projects for the multimodal/transportation, aviation, institutional, hospitality, biotech and research, and commercial development market sectors.
